- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been going to Liberty Tax for four years now. I never really appreciated how nice their customer service is till last year when I had to pay through the nose to Uncle Sam. The girl, Vicki, who did my taxes was very patient, explained how to set up payments and most of all not to panic (which is what I wanted to do!). I'm still paying on last years bill but hopefully I will be done by Jan, so I can get a return this year and I shouldn't owe due to the changes they suggested I make with my W-4.By Angie Curtis, October 09, 2016
