- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will be reporting them. They would not help me because I did not know my acct #. I had my Drivers License and Social Security card and they still turned me away. I came here only because my credit union was closed but yet they do not help me. Whatever happened to customer service. I normally do not write reviews but I am writing because they turned me away and didn't care. There were 3 ladies and all of their attitudes were horrible.
