  Evil selfish people who don't care who they harm. I hope one day they experience hard times and even if they do I wish for them better people than they are. I know they won't be getting into heaven.

  I'm working with a debt consolidation company, making payments to them, and they are still bringing me to small claims. Thanks for helping out, when I'm only trying to fix my debt! They are not willing to work with anyone! Sorry if I don't have a bunch of extra money to give you.

  They are definitely crooks..even after the debt is satisfied they still find a way to charge you. To get this off my credit report, I need to pay an additional $25 by money order and by mail...anything to hold up progress. This is how they keep the poor POOR.

  Absolutely awful. They are the most unprofessional and pokey debt collectors. They are extremely rude and wonder why everyone hates them. I've been hung up on and talked to like crap. I give them a star for effort in harassing you and getting the information they need. But when it comes to them having to sink their teeth into you knowing that real hardworking people are struggling they'll hang on like a leech until you burn them off. Word of advice for those dealing with them: don't feel bad about calling them for information and updates. Go above and beyond otherwise if you wait for them to act you'll sorely regret it. Do what they do: call them, fax them, email, mail, etc. Cover your tracks and keep copies of EVERYTHING. Oh and remember who you talk to as well. So glad they record calls.
